Solutions tailored to your needs
We design collective packaging for specific sizes of cups, cartons, bottles and sachets. We ensure quick assembly, safe stacking and convenient opening by store staff.
Dimensioned for multi-packs and unit packages used in dairy production.
Transport structures that, after opening, can immediately serve as a display.
Elements stabilizing bottles, cups and other products that require protection against movement.
From production to the refrigerated shelf
Dairy products come in many unit packaging formats - from cups and bottles, through cartons, trays and wrappers, to sachets and larger catering packaging. The collective structure must keep them in an orderly arrangement, support efficient packaging and protect them during transport, storage and handling at the point of sale.
Trays, wrappers and boxes adapted to the diameter, height and arrangement of unit packaging.
Carriers, grids and separators stabilize the product and facilitate safe transportation.
Bulk packaging reduces movement and helps maintain a repeatable layout.
Transport structures selected according to weight, geometry and method of further distribution.
Design around unit packaging
The starting point is the exact dimensions, weight and shape of the unit packaging. We analyze the number of products in the layer, the method of inserting them and the loads arising during stacking. This reduces any play that could cause the contents to shift or tilt.
In the case of bottles, cups and products with irregular shapes, the structure can be supplemented with grids, spacers, inserts or positioning cutouts. These elements separate individual packages and help distribute the load in the bulk box.
We also choose the packaging format to match the pallet, transport containers and warehouse equipment. The repeatable arrangement makes it easier to calculate the number of pieces in a layer and better use the cargo space.
Distribution terms
Lowered temperature and increased humidity may affect the parameters of the paper and the behavior of the entire packaging. Therefore, storage conditions, transport time and stacking method should be determined before selecting the type of cardboard.
Depending on the application, we can propose an appropriate structure, layer arrangement and solutions supporting stability. Target parameters require reference to a specific product and process; We do not assume one material for all refrigeration applications.
More efficient service
The structure can be prepared for manual forming or work on a specific type of device.
We design handles and carriers taking into account the weight of the set and the method of use.
Perforations and removable parts make it easier to open the package without accidentally damaging the contents.
When opened, the transport tray can serve as an organized display on a shelf.
Shelf Ready Packaging
Shelf-ready packaging combines transport and display functions. Once the lid or cover is removed, the product remains in a stable tray that staff can place directly on the refrigerated rack.
The design takes into account ease of identification, direction of opening, access to the product and visibility of the fronts of unit packaging. The perforation must open in a controlled manner, and the display part should maintain its aesthetic shape after transport.
Signs and communication
The packaging surface can be used to mark the product, flavor variant, batch, orientation or other information needed in warehouse and distribution. In display solutions, printing helps maintain a consistent brand presentation on the shelf.
The printing technique, type of paints and scope of refinements are selected depending on the material, expected effect and conditions of use. If the print or material is to be subject to specific requirements, these should be indicated at the stage of preparing the specification.
Material for a specific function
The type of wave, paper weight and structure geometry affect the load-bearing capacity and behavior of the packaging during transport. We set the parameters based on the weight of the contents, pallet arrangement, refrigeration conditions and the required method of handling.
We check the finished series for compliance with the approved design and agreed parameters. If the cardboard element is to be in direct contact with food, material, migration and documentation requirements must be separately determined before starting the project.
Submit the unit packaging format and process description. We will select a structure for testing and further production.
