Solutions tailored to your needs

Efficient transport in demanding conditions

We adapt the structure to the dimensions of trays, containers and vacuum-packed products. We take into account stacking, refrigeration circulation and automation of the packaging process.

Bulk packaging

Stable boxes for transporting unit products between the plant, warehouse and recipient.

Shaped structures

Inserts, separators and closures limit the movement of the product during transport.

Lot identification

Space for prints, labels and markings needed in logistics and goods flow control.

Packaging for the food industry

Cardboard trays and packaging for the meat industry

Meat production and distribution require efficient packaging, high hygiene and well-planned logistics. Properly designed packaging helps protect the product, organize picking and improve transport between the plant, warehouse and point of sale.

01

Product protection

The stable structure limits shifting and deformation of the contents during handling, storage and transport.

02

Efficient logistics

The dimensions of the packaging can be adjusted to containers, packaging lines, pallets and stacking methods.

03

Clear identification

Printing and labels make it easier to mark the batch, product and information needed in the supply chain.

Design tailored to the process

How do we design packaging for the meat industry?

The starting point is the format of the product or unit packaging. We can use a solution with standard dimensions or develop a structure for a specific line, picking method and customer's transport requirements.

Corrugated cardboard trays are made of layers of flat and corrugated paper. This structure ensures a favorable ratio of low weight to strength, and also helps absorb shocks and protect the contents against mechanical damage.

The height and shape of the edge are selected depending on the product and storage method. The edge stabilizes the contents and at the same time can serve as a place for markings, product names, brand identification or logistic information, also visible when the packages are arranged in layers.

Transport and storage

Packaging prepared for the cold supply chain

In the case of products stored at low temperatures, dimensional stability, proper selection of raw materials and a structure adapted to the conditions of use are important. We set these parameters individually based on the client's product and process.

A well-thought-out way of packing trays and boxes reduces empty space, simplifies storage and can reduce transportation costs. The packaging retains its function from the moment of packaging, through transport and storage, to the display of the goods.

Responsible sources of raw materials

Cardboard and paper in a controlled production process

The paper used by Kraft-Box comes from proven sources, and the available solutions can be made of materials covered by FSC® certification. We subject finished products to quality and durability checks, ensuring repeatability of workmanship and parameters agreed with the client.

  • 01
    Paper raw material

Material that, after use, can go into an appropriate recycling stream.

  • 02
    Quality control

Checking the workmanship and durability of the packaging before handing it over to the customer.

  • 03
    Material optimization

The design is tailored to provide protection without unnecessary use of raw material.
